My experience at Epping Family Dental was a very positive and painless one. I had a check up clean as well as some good advice from the Dentist on how to best maintain and clean my teeth for the future. This will extend the life of my teeth and as I get older this was a concern for me. Overall my experience was great and I would not hesitate in recommending Epping Family Dental.

It’s a very friendly clinic and my girl definitely received the best treatment there! Dr. Amanda is amazing and she’s very good with kids! My girl was not nervous at all! Highly recommended.

This clinic is clean and has professional and friendly reception staff. I've come to them for many years for general check and clean and had great experiences with a variety of their dental staff. They are mostly punctual and ensure they are thorough when explaining procedures. Always have a positive experience when I visit. Can highly recommend their clinic.

The service provided is excellent and the reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Li Ann looks after my teeth. She is very careful and takes time to make sure all cleansing, checking, and filling (if needed) are professionally done. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental clinic to you. The clinic is nice and clean.

I had some concerns about the customer service and the transparency about the charges at the service. After some exchange and a follow-up check with the owner Dr Lung I am satisfied with the professionalism that he has shown in both his clinical expertise and customer retention manner. Dr Lung is patient, willing to listen and focused on problem solving. He helped me identify potential causes to my teeth problem and sourced out proper treatment for me. I am impressed with the level of customer care that Dr Lung has displayed and trust that the same good spirit is upheld by his team.

It's a very good experience to do general check and teeth clean in Epping Family Dental. All staff are friendly and Dr He is so nice as well. I'll love to come back for next routinely check.
